The Tonneau Cover That Works Two Ways The TruXedo Deuce is the first and only tonneau cover to blend traditional soft roll-up functionality, with a hinged flip-top access mechanism, in a single protective unit. This groundbreaking blend of functionality allows for convenient and quick access to your pickup bed, whether the cover is flipped-up at the front where you store your toolbox and other stationary items, or anywhere from the back, forward by rolling it up. Like all TruXedo covers, the TruXedo Deuce utilizes industrial strength Velcro to secure its cover to bed rails attached to your truck without the need to drill or make cuts to your vehicle. This allows for quick and easy DIY installation. The unique flip-up front access of the cover is made possible by hinges built into the inner oriented side rails and corresponding underbody rails that these sections are paired with. Although the hinged area is designed for easy access, it also contains its own locking mechanism. When the latch at the front of the bed is locked, it can only be unlocked by rolling the cover all the way open and releasing the locking mechanism, keeping your valuables safe and secure when you are away from your vehicle. The TruXedo Deuce also boasts other ways to keep its industrial strength leather-grain cover firmly in place, including hook and loop seal technologies along its angled low slung side rails and an automatic tension control system that compensates for material expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.
