It includes a neatly enclosed energy-absorbing pack that will safely stop you in the event of a fall. The rope has a maximum braking strength of 1800 lbs, with an arresting force of 601 lbs. Alloy Steel Rope Grab & Snap Hooks - This vertical lifeline system includes two double-locking steel snap hooks, each with a 5,000 lb load limit, and one adjustable rope grab for smooth movement along the lifeline (not intended for horizontal use). It's compatible with all fall protection harnesses, safety lanyards, roof anchors, rope ladders, or anchors with D-rings. Designed for fall arrest, this system supports a single user with a maximum capacity of 310 lbs. Energy Absorber - It is designed for free falls of up to 6 feet, with a maximum deployment length of 48 inches (1.2 meters) and an average arresting force of 900 pounds. Upon activation, the shock cord deploys, allowing for an 18-foot fall before the elastic section gradually reduces the fall speed. Note: There’s no need to manually break the sealed package; it will automatically open when in use.
