Carlisle PC300N03 Cateraide End-Loading Insulated Food Pan Carrier, 5 Pan Capacity, Black Ensure your food stays at optimal serving temperatures with the Carlisle Cateraide PC300N03 portable food pan carrier designed for professional caterers. Made from rugged polyethylene plastic in an unobtrusive black color, the Cateraide is insulated to keep food hot or cold for 4 to 6 hours. Measuring 25 x 24 x 17 inches (H x W x D), the Cateraide PC300N03 fits easily into catering vans and kitchens. The high-strength plastic construction ensures long-lasting durability even with frequent transport. The Cateraide is designed to make your job easier featuring a unique end-load design and individual tracks for each pan allowing for flexible configurations. The food pan carrier can accommodate one of the following pan configurations: five 2 1/2″ deep pans. Three 4″ deep pans and one 2 1/2″deep pan. Two 6″ deep pans and one 2 1/2″ deep pan. one 6″ deep pan, one 4″ deep pan and two 2 1/2″ deep pans; four 2 1/2″ deep pans and one 4″ deep pan, two 2 1/2″ deep pans and one 6″ deep pan. The unit is designed to slide into standard sized front and end loading food pan carriers keeping food cold up to 8 hours. It is compatible with the Carlisle XT300R, PC300N, PC600N, PC180N as well as food pan carriers from other major manufacturers. The CaterCooler keeps foods at or below the SAFESERV guidelines of 40 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 8 hours when the unit is frozen for at least 8 hours. This eliminates the need for powered refrigeration making the CaterCooler ideal for off-site and outdoor catering events. The CaterCooler measures 20.75 x 12.75 x 2.5 inches (L x W x H). It is made from a durable, BPA free polyethylene shell.
