Serving Instruction – For making broth, add 2 teaspoons (10g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder to 2 cups (480ml) of boiling water. – For marinating and cooking 1lb (454g)meat, seafood, vegetable, noodle, pasta, and sauce, use 1 tbsp (15g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder. – Egg Flower Soup- Boil 4 cups (1 litre) of water, add 4 tsp (20g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder .
