These are a slightly larger, slip on version of my mug hugs! Eco Friendly and reusable, these are fantastic for larger cups, glasses, travel mugs, iced coffee cups, iced tea cups and the like. A great little handmade, crochet gift made with 100% cotton yarn. Durable, easy to clean, extremely portable! Ready to be shipped out! These are too big for the more slender glass bottles, but fit nearly anything else that doesn’t have a handle! These are 100% cotton, soft, and stretchy, and easy to clean. I do recommend laying to dry, unless you don’t mind the eventual felting process that tossing things like this in the dryer can produce. 🙂 I adore the soft supple feel of this particular cotton yarn, compared to some of the stiffer, scratchier cotton yarns. Other material and brands of yarns will have varying differences in their stiffness, drape and thickness. Other materials such as wool and wool blends tend to also be more expensive, so if you would like an item made in another material yarn/color, please contact me before ordering. There is a strong chance of shrinking to some extent for each piece I make, so careful cleaning is highly recommended. Even with the mild shrink possibility, the pieces are flexible and should be gently broken in with wear/use. ~ All items come pre-washed once after completion. Washed in a normal cycle with Dye and Fragrance Free detergent. ~ Acrylic items are dryer-tolerant, but do well with being lain flat to dry. ~ Cotton is dryer-tolerant but can be prone to shrinkage, so is best lain flat to dry. ~ Wool should be hand washed/spot cleaned and lain flat to dry. ~ For any unwanted curling of item edges, dampen item and place under something flat and heavy.
