FIBER POWDER: Major Fiber Therapy methylcellulose powder helps relieve constipation (irregularity) and helps restore and maintain regularity. It is easy to mix and has no gritty texture. ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Each 19g contains 2g of methylcellulose, a non-allergenic fiber that helps generally produce a bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours. DOSAGE: Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 rounded tablespoon (19g) in 8 oz of water up to 3 times daily at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Children 6-12 years old: half the adult dose in 8 oz of water once daily.
