The clutch disc consists of steel plate and friction plate, the steel plate provides strength and support, and the friction plate is used to transmit power and realize clutch function. Through the control of the clutch handle, the friction plate contacts or separates from the engine flywheel or other transmission parts, so as to realize the transmission or cut-off of power. The friction plate has two friction surfaces, which are in contact with flywheel and pressure plate, and transmit torque through friction. As the carrier of friction plate, steel plate bears all kinds of forces when clutch works, including pressure, torque and centrifugal force. Organic materials, semi-metallic materials or ceramic materials are usually used, and different materials have different friction coefficients.
