A mid-season variety. The period from germination to the beginning of ripening is 110 to 130 days. The bush is 20 to 30″ (50-70 cm) high. Fruits are large, purple in color, elongated-cylindrical, 8-6″ (16-20 cm) long, 2″ (6-7 cm) in diameter, weighing 10-15 oz (250-450 g). The pulp is creamy-green. Planting instructions: Eggplant must be started from seed indoors in most areas, 8 to 10 weeks before your last spring frost date. Sow eggplant seeds in cell packs or small pots. Water them well, cover loosely with a plastic bag or a plastic seedling flat cover to retain moisture, and place them in a warm spot―on top of the refrigerator or on seedling heat mats would be perfect.
