In almost five decades, KRAFTWERK have written music history and are considered the forefathers of various music genres such as electro, hip hop, synth pop, minimal and especially techno. Since the beginning of the early 1970s, the multimedia project Kraftwerk has been linked to the development of state-of-the-art technologies and has anticipated and decisively shaped the soundtrack of our computer age. In 2014 Kraftwerk founder and composer Ralf Htter received the Grammy Lifetime Award for his life's work.
