The food pan carrier can accommodate one of the following pan configurations: five 2 1/2" deep pans. Three 4" deep pans and one 2 1/2"deep pan. It is compatible with the Carlisle XT300R, PC300N, PC600N, PC180N as well as food pan carriers from other major manufacturers. The CaterCooler keeps foods at or below the SAFESERV guidelines of 40 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 8 hours when the unit is frozen for at least 8 hours. This eliminates the need for powered refrigeration making the CaterCooler ideal for off-site and outdoor catering events. The CaterCooler measures 20.75 x 12.75 x 2.5 inches (L x W x H). It is made from a durable, BPA free polyethylene shell.
