Andis 64078 Ultra-Edge carbon-infused steel blade features a special hardening process for a longer blade life, which increases the useable life of the blades. Longer hair may pass through the blades more quickly due to the steep angle of the teeth and the space between them, which makes them suitable for light fading. High-quality carbon steel that has been chrome plated is used to make the Andis' interchangeable blade. Cutting is simple with carbon's flawless edges. Specialty blades made by Andis have a specific use in mind. To accomplish any style, choose from more than 20 different blade sizes. The blade is removable and measures size 2 with a 1/4-inch cutting length. Detachable blade clippers from the AGC, BDC, BGC, BGR, DBLC, MBG, and SMC series are all compatible.
