Ideal surface temperature for your decal application is between 50° to 90° Fahrenheit. There is no background to my vinyl decals. The color selection is for the vinyl design as shown in the listing photos. DARK COLORS of vinyl may NOT show well on tinted windows. No watermarks or line cutouts shown in the listing photos are included in the final product. These are solely there to protect my designs.
