Sold separately, add additional 1/4" Sorbothane inserts to provide extra recoil relief to any "slip-on" style recoil pad. The outer boot of the KICK-EEZ slip-on recoil pad uses an anti-slip injection molded pliable rubber that conforms perfectly to the stock of your gun. In addition, KICK-EEZ is the only recoil pad that features Sorbothane recoil absorbing shock and vibration mitigating inserts, reducing up to 94% of recoil. As the material is deformed, molecular friction generates heat. This “lost energy” is called hysteresis.
