This virgin oil is 100% pure with dark amber color with a characteristic herbaceous and pungent aroma. Would you be surprised if I told you black seed oil tastes like the black seeds. If you are not used to the taste of the black seeds, you might find the oil tastes little irritating, but for people like myself the taste of black seeds is in fact something we crave as these seeds are sprinkled on most breads and savory pastries in our couisine. Being an unfiltered and pure black seed oil, this particular oil is quite potent in taste and smell but that is where the goodness of this oil is. Black cumin oil is widely used in nutraceutical formulations, and it is a highly praised oil throughout the nutritional supplement industry. I grew up eating these seeds, they go on almost all savory pastries, salads or soups and I can't imagine a healthy life without them.
