There are many tofu presses on the market and almost all of them press the tofu unevenly because they have two narrow posts to create pressure on a wide block of tofu. The 4 post Tofu Tamer solves this problem by using force at all 4 corners to create even pressure across the whole board and eliminating tilt. COMES WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY! We know the Tofu Tamer will withstand the test of time. Simply turn the knobs every couple of minutes until you've removed the desired amount of water and reduced the tofu to the desired width and you're ready to cook. One Year Warranty included -Quality construction with BPA free, food grade plastic plates. Stainless Steel nuts, bolts, and washers ensure no rust -Our plastic plates are molded with special foot pads so it does not wobble or scratch any surface with the bolt heads.
