All Purpose, All Surface Floor Cleaner Zogics All Surface Neutral Cleaner offers businesses and professional cleaners an easier solution to daily cleaning and maintenance for all surfaces and floors. With a neutral pH, the formula is safe for a range of floor finishes, without the need for rinsing. Our versatile solution is ideal for use in a bucket for traditional mop cleaning and in automatic scrubbers for cleaning floors. For use as a multi-surface general purpose cleaner, you can use the solution as a spray for light-duty cleaning or as a wipe cleaner. The concentrated solution is mixed with water for a dilutable floor cleaner or general purpose cleaner. For a general purpose cleaner, mix 4 ounces of product per 1 gallon of water, and rinse with clean water as needed. For a floor cleaner liquid, mix .5 or 1 ounce of product per gallon of water.
